How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, you automatically get 30 days of free trial with all features active. You won't be charged anything during this period. You can add a payment card at any time to ensure the service continues without interruption.
What happens after 30 days?

If you've added a payment card, the subscription starts automatically at €3.99/month (promo price for 6 months). If you haven't added a card, your profile will be temporarily suspended until you complete the payment.
Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, without penalties. If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of the period already paid for.
What does "0% commissions" mean?

Unlike other platforms that take a percentage on every booking, with ZenBookr Starter all your earnings are 100% yours. You only pay the fixed monthly subscription.
Can I accept online payments?

Yes! You can connect your Stripe account to accept card payments directly from your clients. Stripe has its standard fees (approximately 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction), but ZenBookr adds nothing on top.
What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, your account is temporarily suspended. As soon as you update your payment method and the payment is completed, your profile goes back online immediately.
