You set a duration in minutes for the buffer (15, 20, 30 minutes — whatever you prefer) and ZenBookr automatically adds it to the calendar between one appointment and the next. It's useful for preparing the cabin, sanitizing tools, letting the client change, or simply giving the operator a moment to breathe between one long treatment and the next. The buffer is configurable separately per operator or per service type.

Yes. For every treatment in the catalog you set a custom duration in minutes, and the calendar adapts automatically. You can have short 30-minute massages, 60-minute facials and long 90 or 120-minute paths on the same day without complicated setup. The system checks availability in real time and prevents overlaps even when clients book independently from the marketplace.

Every operator has their own calendar inside the same spa agenda, with granular permissions configurable by the owner. You can decide who can see every team appointment, who can edit services or prices, who can process payments and who can access client data. Operator commissions can be calculated automatically per treatment performed.

ZenBookr is a Progressive Web App (PWA) with local cache: the interface opens and works even on a flaky connection, syncing automatically as soon as the network stabilizes. New client bookings and card payments still require an active connection because they go through Stripe Connect in real time. A fully offline mode is being evaluated together with the native iOS and Android apps, on the 2026/27 roadmap.

Credit and debit cards accepted via Tap to Pay directly on iPhone or Android, with no external POS terminal needed. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported natively via Stripe Connect, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Cash is logged manually in the app's POS to keep the history complete. Client cards never touch our servers: everything is handled by Stripe in a secure, tokenized way.
