Hybrid services (on-site + at home)
The same service can be offered both at your venue and at the client's home. The client picks the mode at booking time and ZenBookr automatically applies the mobile surcharge only to at-home bookings. A unique flexibility in the Italian wellness sector.
Travel time per service
For every mobile service you set travel time before and after the appointment. ZenBookr automatically blocks these slots in the calendar, preventing you from accepting a follow-up appointment 5 minutes away when the actual trip needs 30 minutes.
Configurable service area
Define the kilometer radius from your base (2, 5, 10, 20 or 50 km). Clients can only book at home if their location falls within the area you chose. Changeable any time from the panel.
Configurable mobile surcharge
Add a fixed extra cost for at-home services (e.g. 10, 15 or 20 euros). The client sees the surcharge explicitly during booking, before confirming. No surprises at the end of the appointment.
Client address with autocomplete
During booking the client enters their address with Google Places autocomplete, avoiding typos. The address is saved to the client card and shown in the calendar alongside the appointment.
Cancellation policy + reminders
Set custom cancellation rules (how many hours before the client can cancel for free, after that how much is charged). Automatic push reminders before the appointment reduce no-shows and wasted trips.

Set radius and surcharge
Define the kilometer radius (2-50 km) from your base and the fixed surcharge for mobile services. The client sees everything transparently before booking.
Configure travel time
For every mobile service set travel time before and after. ZenBookr blocks these slots in the calendar to prevent overlaps.
Open online bookings
Publish the profile on the marketplace. The client books 24/7 from the browser, chooses venue or at home, enters the address and confirms.

Yes, it's one of the core characteristics of ZenBookr's hybrid mode. You set up the service once (e.g. "Women's haircut" or "60-minute decontracting massage") and enable the "also available at home" option. The client, at booking time, picks between venue and home: in the latter case ZenBookr automatically applies the fixed mobile surcharge you configured and collects the address. No double price lists, no duplicated catalog.
For each mobile service you can set a travel time before the appointment (to reach the client's home) and after (to return to base or move to the next one). ZenBookr automatically blocks these slots in the calendar, so the system won't let you accept a second appointment five minutes away when you actually need half an hour to move. It's a critical safeguard for those managing multiple trips on the same day.
ZenBookr supports all wellness professions for which client at-home service is admitted by Italian regulation: massage therapists, personal trainers, yoga and pilates instructors, naturopaths and reflexologists (under Law 4/2013), event hairstylists (Law 174/2005), beauticians for special events and clients with documented physical impediments (Law 1/1990). Compliance with professional requirements (CCIAA registration, authorizations) remains with the individual professional.
You set a custom cancellation policy: define how many hours before the client can cancel for free, after which they are charged in full or in part. The system automatically handles client notifications and any charge via Stripe Connect, sparing you from chasing those who don't show up. Automatic push reminders 24 hours before drastically reduce forgetfulness and wasted trips.
Credit and debit cards via Tap to Pay directly from your iPhone or Android, with no external POS terminal to carry around. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported natively via Stripe Connect, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. You can also request a deposit at booking time (e.g. 30% via Stripe) and collect the rest at the client's home. Cash is logged manually in the app's POS.
