How long does it take to get a reply?

We reply to every request within 24 working hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 CET). Messages sent during the weekend or on public holidays are handled on the next working day. For urgent technical support, mark 'Technical support' as the subject: these are prioritised over the queue.

Can I talk to someone over the phone?

For now we handle all requests via form only: it lets us document every conversation, share it within the team and give you a traceable written reply. A dedicated phone support line will be evaluated after the official launch, based on request volume.

How do I report a bug in the app?

Accepted Answer

Select 'Technical support' as the subject and include in your message: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, your browser and operating system, any screenshots attachable in a follow-up. The more detail you provide, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue.

Question 4

How do I make a GDPR request (access, data erasure)?

Accepted Answer

Select 'Legal / GDPR request' as the subject and specify which right you want to exercise: access to your data, rectification, erasure, portability, objection to processing. We'll reply within the 30 days set by EU regulation 2016/679. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights.

Who do I contact for press or partnership requests?

Accepted Answer

For press, interviews, reviews or commercial partnerships use the form selecting 'Sales information'. State the purpose clearly in the first line of the message (e.g. 'Interview request for [outlet]') so we can route it directly to the right person.
