ZenBookr is an independent platform born in Italy in 2025 to free wellness professionals from digital paperwork and commissions that eat into margins.
How ZenBookr came to life
Four steps that took ZenBookr from observation to real platform.
- 2024
The observation
We spent months watching how hairdressers, beauticians, massage therapists and personal trainers actually work in Italy. The picture was clear: paper agendas, WhatsApp bookings, cash payments, no analytics. Fragmented tools stealing hours every week.
- 2025
The build
Development starts. We picked a modern stack (Flutter + Firebase + Stripe Connect) and a custom design system — HomeV2 — built to look clean on web and mobile from a single codebase. No templates, no whitelabel: everything designed from scratch for the wellness sector.
- 2026
The launch
ZenBookr officially opens. The PWA web app is live on zenbookr.app, installable directly from the browser without app stores. The first professionals start receiving bookings from their clients through the integrated marketplace.
- 2026/27
The expansion
Native iOS and Android apps in the roadmap, along with a client-pro chat for quick pre-booking questions, richer team management and integration with external calendars.
Time back to wellness professionals
We want to give back precious hours to those who work in wellness — hours lost today between WhatsApp, paper agendas and Excel sheets.
Every minute spent replying to a message to set an appointment is a minute taken away from the client in the chair, the massage in progress, the new treatment to learn. ZenBookr exists to bring that time down to zero.
We don't build yet another generic software: we design a platform specific to the wellness sector, where every feature — from mobile services to the client marketplace — solves a real problem we observed on the ground.
