How to book an appointment

Step-by-step guide

   Open ZenBookr marketplace

   Go to book.zenbookr.app from your browser. No registration needed to search — only to confirm booking.

   If you have a direct link from the professional (e.g. book.zenbookr.app/p/salon-maria), you go straight to their profile.

   Search professional or service

   2 ways:

   • Search by name: top bar, type e.g. "Maria hairdresser Milan"
   • Search by category + zone: filter by "Hairdresser", "Beautician", "Massage" + city/postcode. Results ordered by distance/rating.

   For home services: check "At home" filter — you'll only see professionals serving your area.

   Open professional profile

   Click profile of interest. You'll see photo, logo, name, category, address/area, rating, services list, hours, gallery, reviews.

   Read reviews: real clients give you the best quality picture.

   Choose service

   Click a service from catalog. Card opens with:

   • Price and duration
   • Variants (e.g. "Short/Medium/Long hair")
   • Operator: if multiple stylists, choose preferred (or "Anyone available")
   • Mode: "On-site" or "At home" (if available)

   Click "Next" to select time.

   Choose date and time

   You'll see calendar with available slots. Gray slots = unavailable. Scroll between days with arrows, click green slot to select.

   You may see "🎯 -15%" (off-peak), no badge (standard), or "🔥 +15%" (peak) badges.

   For home services, insert service address. ZenBookr verifies it's in pro's area.

   Confirm with login or quick signup

   To confirm you need to be logged in. First time:

   • Sign up with email: email + password + name + phone. 30 seconds.
   • Login with Google: 1 click
   • Login with Apple: 1 click (on Apple devices)

   Your data is encrypted and hosted in EU (Firebase europe-west1, Belgium). See privacy policy for GDPR details.

7. 7

   Pay (online) or select "Pay on-site"

   2 payment modes, based on what pro accepts:

   • Pay online now: card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay. Stripe-managed (PSD2 bank security). Card pre-authorized (blocked but not charged) until service completion.
   • Pay on-site: cash or card at service. Some pros require deposit for services >€50.

   Click "Confirm booking". Email + SMS confirmation within 1 minute.
