Contacting support and opening a ticket
How to get help in ZenBookr: chat assistant, opening a ticket with screenshots and tracking the status of your request.
Something not right? Support is built into the app: a chat assistant helps you first with instant answers, and if that is not enough you open a ticket that goes straight to the ZenBookr team.
Step-by-step guide
Open support
Go to Settings → Other Settings → Contact support. The support chat opens.
Try the assistant first
Describe the issue in chat: the assistant knows the app's features and solves the most common questions instantly. The conversation is stored on your device and you can delete it anytime.
Open a ticket if needed
If the problem persists, open a ticket: describe what happens, what you expected and — very useful — attach a screenshot. The more context you give, the faster the answer.
Track your request
Your active ticket is always visible with its status (open, in progress, resolved) and replies arrive in the same thread, with a notification. Once resolved, you can always reopen the conversation if the problem comes back.
For urgent payment issues always include date, time and amount of the transaction: it lets us trace it on Stripe immediately.
