How to save favorite professionals, quick search, dedicated offers. Return to the same pros without searching every time.

Found the right hairdresser, your trusted beautician, the PT you like? Save them in favorites to find them again without searching.

Favorites also give you access to dedicated offers from your saved pros.

Step-by-step guide

Add professional to favorites

From a pro profile, click heart ❤️ icon top right. Becomes solid red.

If not logged in, ZenBookr asks you to sign up/login first.
Access favorites list

From profile menu > Favorites (⭐). You'll see saved pros with photo, name, category, distance, rating, active offers, direct "Book" button.

Filter by category, sort by distance/rating/last visit.
Book directly from favorites

From favorites list, click "Book" on a pro. Goes directly to their service catalog, skipping search. Saves 4-5 clicks vs first booking.

Receive dedicated offers
Pros you've saved can activate targeted promotions to their favorites (see pro guide Smart Pricing):
- "-15% for recurring clients Mon-Wed"
- "New service launch price"
- "Free slots Saturday afternoon"
Offers arrive via email or push (if authorized).
Remove a favorite

From Favorites > swipe (left on mobile) > "Remove". Or from pro profile, click heart icon (becomes empty again).

Past appointments remain in history.
