Reports: revenue, KPIs and performance

Where to find ZenBookr reports and how to read them: revenue by period, top services, client trends and team performance.

Reports turn your business data into decisions: how much you earned, which services perform best, how the team is doing. You find them in All actions → Reports (double-tap Settings in the bottom bar).

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the Reports menu

    Double-tap SettingsReports. You will find the main areas: revenue, booking trends, clients and team.

  2. Pick the period

    Filter by day, week, month or a custom range. Compare periods to see whether you are growing (e.g. this month vs last month).

  3. Read the right KPIs

    The three numbers to check weekly: total revenue, number of appointments and average ticket. If revenue grows but the average ticket drops, you are working more to earn the same: time to review pricing or promotions.

  4. Analyse services and team

    Look at which services generate the most revenue (not just the most bookings) and how the work is distributed across the team. That is the data to base Smart Pricing and shifts on.

Tip: block 10 minutes every Monday for last week's reports. It is the fastest way to catch a booking dip — or a service taking off — early.
